When we return, there is Tyra Mail. One of these bitches is going home, yo. Whitney says that she doesn't want to be in the bottom two again, because she's not ready to go home. Sarah, on the phone with her mother, says that she thinks she'll definitely be in the bottom two. Her mother says that it was just one shoot, and Sarah says that girls go home for just one shoot. They're not even going to throw in a third girl saying that she's worried to make this interesting? Damn.
We are welcomed to Panel with four-faced Tyra. She's a silly/empathetic supermodel/entrepreneur. This is one of the times when you see Tyra's shots and realize what a good model looks like. The shots are great. Anyway, there are prizes, there are judges. Benny Medina is the guest judge. And also the executive producer of Tyra's talk show! Who knew, right? Benny is in his trademark white suit, with orange underneath. Why he'd want to look like Tom Wolfe is beyond me, but then again I'm not a super-manager.
Jael is up first for evaluation. Nigel likes the fact that Jael had the confidence to keep her own name, and also thinks that this shoot is her best yet. Twiggy also thinks it's good, and notes that all four looks are very strong, and that she'd like to see Jael's gentle side. Tyra gives her kudos, saying that she did really well.
Next is Renee. The judges aren't crazy about "Nayien," and note that there's already a Naima. Oh. And here I had convinced myself that that was all a bad dream. Renee says that she also liked "NeNe." The judges agree that it's better, despite the fact that it's like "Shanaynay" with out the "Sha." No you di'int! Nigel tells Renee that she has to push it. She's so pretty, he says, that she can afford to be a little ugly. As we all know at this point, Renee prefers to show her ugliness on the inside. Benny agrees that either Renee has amazing restraint or she isn't giving enough. In other words: step it up, bitch.
