Outside the station, the Hood walks out in front of Laurel. There's no way she can't see his face from there, but I guess we have to pretend that Oliver's sloppy eyeliner means that he's unrecognizable. She says her father has the Arrowphone now. He tells her he can't take any more risks with her. Tommy runs up and the Hood has vanished. Tommy and Laurel hug and reconcile. Oliver is watching them from the most obvious vantage point ever. He's up on a roof, completely backlit and highlighted by smoke. And I think this is the parking lot for the police station. He's not very stealthy, is he?

Flashback. Slade tells Oliver that it takes two men to take the airfield. And now he's going to turn Oliver into "something that won't get us both killed." He tells Oliver to choose a weapon. Oliver looks in a case of guns and finds the Deathstroke mask. Slade claims that he and his partner wore those masks when they came here to free Yao Fei. They're Australian Intelligence! Slade recommends a sword. I still think he's the one that stabbed Oliver. We've already had Yao Fei appear to be a good guy, then appear to be a bad guy, then appear to be a bad guy. I think everyone on the island just switches sides every few hours just to keep things fresh.

Arrowlair. Oliver admits to Diggle that the recording is his mother's voice, but he can't believe it. They don't know what "the undertaking" is. Oliver plans to talk to Moira again. So! In the very next shot, the Hood smashes through the glass wall of Q Consolidated. He rasps, "Moira Queen! You have failed this city!"
