Castle Queen. Oliver comes in to talk to Moira. Walter's upstairs, "resting." Oliver asks who kidnapped Walter and he brushes aside her claims of innocence. Then he suggests that she knows something, but maybe she's scared and is barely keeping her head above water. Weird metaphor, considering the shipwreck. I'd steer clear of drowning-related analogies. She tells him to stop asking, and he says he needs to know. The lights go out. There's a FWIPP! sound effect. Oops! Dart in Oliver's neck! Also in Moira's! They both fall unconscious.
Oliver and Moira wake up tied to chairs in a warehouse. A scrambled voice announces, "Moira Queen! You have failed this city!"
Flashback Island. Fyers's grand plan is that he'll start shooting down planes, which will result in grounding all air travel in and out of China and that will do something bad to their economy. That's stupid. In his defense, this is his employer's plan. He says has enough missiles to shoot down any plane approaching the mainland. I suppose it would ruin things, if I pointed out that Berlin to Hong Kong is actually leaving the mainland? And that he doesn't really have any way to shoot down flights that go from Beijing to Europe? Oh, and that there are over 1,500 flights every day through Beijing alone? Anyway, Fyers is going to have Yao Fei take credit for shooting down the plane, but Yao Fei says he won't be the patsy. So Fyers punches Oliver, shoots Slade in the knee and shoots Shado in the shoulder. Then he threatens to kill "everyone you care about." This guy is not a very good manager, in my opinion.
Thea comes to the police station and claims that CNRI is investigating claims of racial bias. I thought she was bluffing, but she has a court order for every arrest record since 2011. Then she hides behind a door so she can eavesdrop while Quentin tells a flunky everything that's going on with the UNIDAC investigation. They need much better security in this police station. Quentin says that the copycat torched every record, although they did discover that Dr. Markov called an unclaimed line at Merlyn Global. So he needs someone from Merlyn to come down and answer questions.
Roy has been screwing around online, but didn't learn anything about the UNIDAC massacre. Thea says she learned that the copycat or his victims are connected to Merlyn Global. That's a bit of a leap from what Quentin said, but she happens to be correct. And, her logic goes, "The guy with the black arrows seems to hate the guy with the green arrows so..." Roy thinks just going to Merlyn Global and waiting for the vigilante to show up is silly. But it's their only plan.
