Flashback Oliver asks the man why he was tied up and left. He says the soldiers were called away to an altercation. Oliver has him turn around. He reaches the knife down to the binds, hesitates, and apologizes. "I'm sorry. But I can't." Why? "Because I don't know you." He leaves. The guy is angry about being left there, but I bet he could find something sharp to cut through the ropes.
Diggle is out walking with Carly, and he's still talking about his brother Andy. What the hell, man. Then he starts in about the war. This guy's a lousy date. He finally goes in for a kiss, and Carly seems okay with it. Anything to shut him up.
Thea knocks on the door of a small house. Roy opens the door, then shuts it. He's a huge jerk about her not pressing charges. She says her purse was vintage. He returns it, although he took the cigarettes out. He recommends she stay out of the Glades. And also, maybe not fall for a sob story a guy like him tells the police.
Oliver walks into the police station, where McKenna is filing things in her party dress. She says he was a jerk last night. He wasn't, really. She was interrogating him about a traumatic experience. He claims that he lost the part of him that enjoyed being alive. Then he says some more nonsense and they kiss. Detective Lance comes in and asks her to work with him on the vigilante investiagtion. Then he smirks at Oliver.
Island. Slade drinks the cup of magic herbs. He asks if Oliver got into any trouble, and Oliver denies it.
Closing scene! Moira meets with China White, because she'd like Malcolm Merlyn assassinated. I'm surprised China White is still willing to do jobs in this town.
