Drakon gets a machine gun! And you'd think that would come in handy, but Oliver jumps away and throws a shuriken. And now Drakon is dead! Oliver falls to the ground without his hood. He looks unconscious, but that's just to provide drama as we cut to commercial.

Cops enter. Oliver rolls over, having miraculously recovered. He holds a bullet, suggesting that he caught it. Can you learn to do that on any island? He finds his bow. The SWAT team yells to lay down his weapons. He shoots one (take that, "police officer just doing his job"!) and jumps out the window. Everyone runs to the window and sees him ziplining away. Officer Dude reluctantly admits that he sees this happening. And he specifically sees it happening in the direction of the party!

The police stroll into the party and cut off the music. It's time to search the party. Officer Dude leans on Tommy and Oliver strolls up, acting like a rich partyboy He glibly offers two million dollars to the party for "the nutbar in the green hunt." Officer Dude snarls at Oliver, "Did you even try to save my daughter?" So he's really "Officer Lance" then. Oliver starts the party again, and I guess the cops are done searching.

Tommy doesn't buy the coincidence that there's a mysterious hooded guy running around just as Oliver got back. He asks, "What happened to you on that island?" "A lot," says Oliver, vaguely.

The next day, people are trying to fix Hunt's window. Hunt is very angry on the phone. Forty million dollars doesn't just up and vanish! But it did! Untraceably! Cut to the Arrowcave, where we discover that it was a special money-transferring arrow that Oliver shot into the wall! The computer suggests it's giving people back their money. He crosses Adam Hunt off the list.

Seriously, a "money-transferring arrow."

Flashback to the lifeboat. Robert Queen tells Oliver, "There's not enough for all of us. Save your strength. You can survive this. Make it home. Make it better. Write my wrongs. But you got to live through this first. You hear me Ollie? You hear me son?" Oliver, who seems near death, mumbles, "Just rest, dad." "No." He kisses Oliver. Then he shoots the other guy in the lifeboat. BANG! "Dad?!" Robert says, "Survive." Then he shoots himself. Weird move, dad.
