He has a little shooting range where he can throw tennis balls and hit them with arrows. It will probably not surprise you that he hits them all. He tells us that Adam Hunt has escaped justice so far, but "He hasn't met me yet." He has many arrowheads. And then he reaches in his box and takes out his hood. It's weird that he had a costume on the island.
In a parking lot, Adam Hunt tells a flunky to threaten a judge and "fix" the Laurel Lance situation. He dismisses him with the traditional "Why are you still here?" But then! Arrow to the lights! Arrow to another flunky! Arrow! Arrow! Arrow through the window! Hunt hides in the car, but he's pulled out the window.. somehow. I guess Oliver shot his coat with an arrow that had a rope attached to it and then pulled really hard on the rope? This was the shot that reminded me most of The Cape. Hunt demands to know what this mysterious vigilante wants. Oliver answers, "You're gonna transfer forty million dollars into Starling City Bank Account 1141 by 10 PM tomorrow." Or he'll take it. Somehow. Hunt blusters and is responded to with an arrow through the back window.
Okay, really quick. Oliver just straight-up killed two flunkies. That wasn't self-defense. And they hadn't really done anything except picked the wrong guy to work for. Is "being Adam Hunt's driver" really something you should get murdered for? I'll be interested to see if Oliver's body count continues to rise.
Adam Hunt talks to Officer Dude, who is still skeptical even though it's the second person in as many days to tell him about a mysterious archer in a hood. He even has a sample arrow and two dead flunkies. Officer Dude sneers about Robin Hood. Hunt says he goes to the front of the line (on account of being so very rich) and wants police at his office before 10:00. He has the police coordinate with Mr. Drakon, his new head of security. In my opinion, Officer Dude is tired of the weird problems of extremely rich people.
Later, Oliver goes to his car. Diggle is in the backseat and wants him to put on his seatbelt. Diggle is kind of a smug guy.
Now! Huge party! Dancing girls! Lights! A DJ! Oliver has a clock on his phone! As he enters the DJ cuts the music and Tommy shouts about how great it is that Oliver is back. The DJ goes to "We Are the Champions" and Oliver gets on a table and announces that he missed tequila. Then the licensed song ends quickly and we get back to some generic dance beats.
