Outside the police station (and probably a few blocks away), Oliver says the only reason he saved Helena is because he didn't want her telling them who he was. And he won't admit that he has feelings for her. He has a ticket to Rome and a fake passport for her. I realize he's a billionaire, but making a fake passport for a known killer seems like something that could get you in trouble. He doesn't think she'll find her father so he wants her out of his city. Well, what are the odds that Frank will be stashed in Starling City once he's on witness protection? Couldn't they just wait for him to testify, then let Helena go find him in Arizona or wherever?
Flashback Island. Slade and Oliver put sticks of dynamite around the tank. But then Oliver has a better idea! He pulls out a circuit board on the theory that "computers won't work without them." You better hope that wasn't an unrelated system there.
Oliver knocks on McKenna's door. She's just out of the shower. He says he had a really rough night, and he feels like he's letting everyone down. And that includes both Tommy and McKenna. She says, "You're being too hard on yourself. We both have demanding jobs." No, you don't! Well, McKenna does. But Oliver doesn't! He's a billionaire who opened a nightclub to fill his empty life. And he's not even running it! As far as McKenna knows Oliver is the farthest thing in the world from having a demanding job. Some people think that McKenna suspects him of being the vigilante, but there's been no other sign of that.
McKenna tells him to find himself someone he never has to apologize to. Love, then, means never having to say you're sorry? Anyway, they make out. And then they move to the bed! This scene is going on longer than I expected. As they sex, Oliver misses Felicity's call. She's just calling from the Q Consolidated IT Department to report that a local sporting goods store got robbed of a high-powered crossbow. That's a good thing to keep track of. It's like if Batman had the sense to keep an eye on the abandoned toy factory. When Felicity ends the call, Helena is in the room with her. Remember that time that Felicity ran into the room, offered to hack into the FBI database to find Frank's safe house and then left?
After a commercial break, Oliver runs into the IT Department. He finds Felicity, who's been zip-tied. Diggle shows up shortly thereafter. Sure enough, Helena made Felicity hack the FBI database to find the safehouse. Oliver takes off, vowing to do what he should have done in the first place.
