Still in flashback, Malcolm talks to Frank. Frank says the bomb is in place on the boat and that there's a storm front moving in. Malcolm says no one will suspect it's anything but an act of god. So Frank set up the bomb on the boat, and he's also the one who put the hit out on Malcolm? I think he just likes trying to kill people.
Starling Hospital. Malcolm sees Oliver and says it was a miracle that Walter was saved by the vigilante. He asks if Walter was able to identify any of his captors. Oliver says, "They'll get what's coming to them," because he's terrible at acting normal and maintaining a secret identity. He's happy his family is back together. Exit Malcolm. Laurel is there too! She asks about Walter, and then moves to the question of her and Oliver. This is not the time, Laurel. Oliver says he just wants her to be happy. She wants him to tell Tommy he's not still in love with her, but he says can't say that because he is. Oh, Lord. You can't drop that on someone and then walk away! And if you're trying to get Laurel to stay away from you (as you've claimed multiple times this season), just tell her you don't love her. Dummy.
Oliver knocks on Diggle's door. He apologizes and adds, "You were right. And I was wrong." He brushes off the Deadshot issue (which is what Diggle actually cares about) and then tells Diggle that Moira was a baddie all along, working with Malcolm Merlyn. He says, "And they're planning something. Something terrible. I don't know what yet. Well, I just know one thing. I need your help to stop them."
We see a truck with a box labeled "UNIDAC Industries" rolling into Starling City.
Two things. First, it's safe to assume this is an earthquake machine, right? And second, there were other people on the Queen's Gambit when it went down. When do they show up?
