Ted loses track of Carly. Diggle catches up with him and tells him to freeze. Ted tells him he's not going to shoot him, because Diggle doesn't have the eyes of a killer. But Oliver does! Arrow to the chest! Diggle knew he planted that bug. Oliver says he trusted Diggle, but not "them." There are police sirens, so Oliver leaves. Carly is on the other side of a fence and they have a brief moment before the police show up.
Laurel is cruising along in her convertible, clearly loopy on drugs. This will shock you: she gets into an accident! She drives off the road and hits something. It looks like the airbag deployed, so she probably didn't kill herself.
Hospital. Oliver and Moira go in to see Thea. She's fine. Just some stitches on her head. She tells Moira to go away. Then she adds, "I said I'm fine." No you didn't! You said, "Go away."
Tommy is on Laurel's couch, being cranky. He doesn't remember much about his mother dying, but he remembers his father shutting him out and going away. Taciturn, mopey Tommy is not nearly as much fun as the regular kind. As he claims that his father only claims about himself, we see Malcolm in his own Arrowlair looking at a photo of his family.
Regular Arrowlair. Diggle was not detained by the police, which I find surprising.. He admits to Oliver that Gaynor wasn't who he thought he was. Oliver says he has trouble trusting people after the island. And he chose Diggle as his partner because he sees the best in people. What? Since when? He chose Diggle because of his convenient bodyguarding skills, I think. He hands Diggle the notebook and Diggle crosses off Ted Gaynor. Diggle says he doesn't want to know what names are in the book, which seems dumb. You guys should copy all the names into a separate list, then track everyone down. Come to think of it, Felicity Smoak has the List. And she's bound to notice that the armored car heists were being done by one of the names on it and were foiled by the mysterious vigilante right after she gave information to Oliver.
Oliver and Thea are leaving the hospital. A police officer is suddenly there and arrests Thea for driving under the effects of Vertigo. Oliver asks, "The drug they're using in the Glades?" I guess the Glades will be important at some point, huh?
Island. The general says his soldiers wear ski masks because they allow the eyes to be seen. Oliver risked everything for his friend. But! The man he was talking to was Yao Fei all along! So... all that interrogation was a scam? This plot twist is unexpected, but also incomprehensible.
