Oliver is setting up the Arrowlair again. In the same place because he does not learn. He sounds surprised that Diggle had his back in the hospital after not showing up in the aquarium. Diggle no longer cares that Oliver's a killer, because he's killed, too. Oliver says he didn't kill the Count because "people change." He means himself, not the Count. Does that mean he's going to start making an effort to use nonlethal means? My guess is that it does not, if only because he already killed the doctor in this episode. Oliver moves on to someone who does not deserve mercy: Deadshot. He's a priority for Diggle, so Oliver's willing to carve out some time for this. I wonder if Oliver's willing to leave Starling City to get this done.
Tommy tells someone the nightclub wasn't working out. So he needs something more stable. "I guess what I'm saying is... I want a job" Malcolm Merlyn stands up and hugs him. Both of their eyes are lit to make them scary. Tommy's heel turn was pretty much completely unmotivated, but at least it gives him something to do. And it probably means we'll have another uncomfortable dinner scene with Tommy, Oliver and Laurel.
