Didn't think so. Anyway, George and James agree that you have to have honor, and be honored to be there, and if you don't, you won't compete to the ultimate yankety-spank, and boy does Big Brother integrity talk make me long for the perfect logic of Survivor integrity talk. Kaysar says the reason for his baldness is that he wanted to find out "what this Chicken is all about." Kaysar gives George his blessing in a DR in which he says that George has done very well for someone everyone agreed would do nothing. "You definitely gained our respect," Kaysar says. I'm sure forty-seven-year-old George and his three children and his lifetime of experience supporting himself and his family appreciate twenty-five-year-old Kaysar's granting of respect, especially if it carries the respect of geniuses like Janelle and Howie with it. James gives a similar DR in which he gives props to George for doing what it took to stay. George finally leaves the HoH room and says in the DR that now everyone knows that he "will not quit."

Julie chats with James in the HoH room. Remember, nobody can hear you! Julie asks about Jase's accusation of "back-dooring." Their ability to repeatedly use that phrase as if it isn't at all funny never ceases to amaze me. James says that he didn't want to nominate Jase anyway, but it was the alliance's idea. He acknowledges that he did tell Jase he wouldn't put him up, but once Jase admitted that he was after Danielle and Janelle, James felt obligated to protect them, since he obviously has some weird thing going with Danielle. "So you went back on your word?" Julie asks, and James hedges, afraid to even admit his maneuvering to Julie, saying Jase had already broken his word by hooking up with Will and Mike. Julie also asks about George, and James says that George "has more heart than anyone in here," and that now James has adopted him as a sort of a pet, and plans to take him as far as possible. James also has to respect George for putting up with all that slop.

Julie asks James about the fact that he seems to have two alliances he's talked about -- S6, and then Will/Mike/Danielle. Which is he more loyal to? He says that he's more loyal to S6 and Danielle. Mike and Will, not so much, because you never really know what they're doing. James says that he's just a backstabber by nature, and he made his nominations to look out for S6 and Danielle, so that's apparently his loyalty. Do you suppose that standards have dropped so low that the producers don't even notice anymore that nothing interesting is ever said in these interviews? Because I'm about ready for these to be a thing of the past.
