Afterward, Allison jogs around the yard, talking to Sharon about Sheila's "explosions." Suddenly, Allison needs to visit the DR. She goes in and asks for a doctor; she thinks she's having an allergic reaction to something because her throat's closing up. We listen from outside as a nurse shows up and sticks Allison with an EpiPen.

Meanwhile, Amanda and Natalie hang out in the kitchen. Amanda's on slop, remember, and she now tells Natalie that she's hypoglycemic. Natalie goes on blithely eating her cookie, as Amanda files her nails on the counter where I'm sure food is prepared. A small vengeance.

From what we can hear from outside the DR, the worst seems to be over for Allison. But as Natalie and Amanda head for the bedrooms, Amanda keels over on her face. Natalie's first words to her unconscious fellow nominee: "Are you serious?" When she realizes that Amanda's really out, she runs to the back door to tell everyone what's going on. They rush in from the hot tub and crowd around her. James is the one to hit the panic button on the wall. Alex is the one to go into the DR, and he reports that Allison is already in there, looking like the Elephant Man. And now Amanda is having a full-on seizure on the floor, complete with convulsions. Suddenly, the nurse is there attending to her, asking the other houseguests for some juice or milk for Amanda as she helps Amanda to sit up. But they can't find any, and of course Big Brother took all their glasses and cups. Nice one. We can hear sirens approaching as the nurse struggles to get Amanda to drink something -- a half-bottle of someone else's sport water, as far as I can tell. Lovely. Amanda gets a couple of dinner rolls delivered to her as well, which I certainly hope isn't going to result in a Big Brother-imposed penalty of some sort. Then the L.A. paramedics are there, getting the bullet from the nurse as Amanda gets neck-braced, strapped to a backboard, and wheeled out on a gurney. Dude, that Hudson River Virus does not fuck around!
