Anyway, Janelle asks about Diane, but James wants to know about Mike, and why on earth they wouldn't get rid of him or Will. Kaysar comes in at this point to explain -- I'm totally not kidding -- that the reason you can't take out Will and Mike is that if you do, then when a floater gets power, they won't have anyone to come after besides you. So they'll come after you. Do you get the demonstrable stupidity of this? You're trying to keep floaters from coming after you when you know that MIKE AND WILL ARE ALSO GOING TO COME AFTER YOU. If you take somebody out who's going to go after you, that's one less person to go after you. Leaving people who are threats and taking out people who aren't threats so that there will be other threats besides you when other people who aren't threats are in charge later? It's so bad, strategically speaking. In fact, Kaysar says that the perfect reason to take out Diane is that nobody has any association with her, so no one will be upset. Because she has no connections, and thus, she has no power. Making her a great person to spend your HoH week trying to get out! Janelle goes on to refer to Diane as "the most dangerous floater." Okay, stay with me, nitwits. If Diane has so little to do with anyone else that nobody will be angry if you boot her, she's not dangerous. What is the problem?
