Mike and James talk in the gym. Mike wants himself, James, and Will to push for Janelle to nominate Danielle and Marcellas. James insists that Janelle will never do it -- she's bent on Danielle and Erika. Mike prods, but James insists it won't happen. Mike still wants to try. "Danielle has to stay," James says. "Oh, yeah," Mike agrees.

Back from a set of commercials, Janelle calls everyone for the food competition. There are a bunch of grills and blenders and whatnot that have been added to the kitchen. This competition requires all the houseguests to work together to come up with seven improvised dishes, with one standing for each day of the week. There will be three judges, and if the judges like a dish enough, the houseguests will earn food for that day. If the judges don't like the dish enough, they'll be on slop that day. And if the judges give perfect scores to any dish, then the house will win a grill and a barbecue. The trick is that every dish must include slop. Oh, and they only have an hour. It's like Iron Chef, only the secret ingredient is high-protein oatmeal, and nobody can cook.
