The origins of the Goober alliance, and the way it literally fell out of a tree, are explained for the zillionth time. Amy was replaced by Roddy to form Goober 2.0, and so forth. Marcellas tells Lori that it feels to him like "the beautiful people [versus] the normal people." I'm not entirely sure that anyone in the house qualifies as "normal," but I would agree that if you chose your alliance based on the swimsuit competition, this is the alliance you would probably get. Except for Josh. Anyway, then it was out with Gerry, in with Tonya, and now you have your new alliance, Goober 3.0. The women and the men in the alliance sit around plotting against each other about what they'll do when just the six of them are left, which is just preposterously premature, since it won't happen that way unless they win HoH every single week between now and then. I am constantly amazed by the ability of the people playing this game to forget its fundamentals when planning strategy. Listen up, morons (them, not you): Unlike Survivor, you cannot control who leaves just because you have the majority of the votes. GET IT? It's really not difficult. Oh, and Eric contends that he, Josh, and Roddy have more "brain power" than Chiara, Lisa, and Tonya. I don't know if that's true or not, and I would need a microscope and a calculator that goes out to many, many decimal places in order to gather the data.

Piano music that sounds like the beginning of a long-lost Journey song plays as Danielle and Jason play cards. Danielle explains that their current plan is to keep their heads down and let everybody else fight.
