So I'm thinking this is Bill's arc for the season: he slowly but inexorably turns into Roman. It's always a risk, when you're locked in this kind of endless conflict, to become your enemy, and now Bill is suggesting a move that he scolded Roman for just yesterday. The fact that he might get to screw Roman by buying the very company Roman has his eye on is just a bonus.
For now, though, Bill's metamorphosis into his enemy is about to go in a different direction. That's because the back of his Gigantomobile is opening up from the inside. Looks like someone brought home a stowaway. I'm expecting Alby at first, but then a pair of white slippers and white stockings step out. So unless Alby has "found himself," I'm probably wrong. The white-clad feet walk slowly up the driveway beneath the hem of a frilly white dress that fluffs gently in the wind like something out of an American remake of a Japanese horror film. A white-sleeved hand rings the doorbell, and Barb answers. She's surprised to see Rhonda standing there, but we're not. Neither of them says a word; Rhonda just throws herself into Barb's arms, and Barb's look of suspicion melts away because she's just. That. Easy. Over Barb's shoulder, Rhonda looks pretty pleased with herself. Like this was any kind of challenge at all.
