Back at school, Gabby and Dinah are discussing the gossip that there was a fight at the dance, and Dinah's doing the classic it's-so-obvious-I'm-lying line delivery as she says it was teachers who got "over-beveraged." Dinah wants to know what happened between Gabby and Matt, and Gabby says nothing did. Dinah, all defeatist, says Matt likes Gabby, but Dinah tells her to chill since Matt's not her type. Dinah doesn't believe it. "He's everybody's type," she says. Gabby has to spell it out for her, explaining that when they switched lab partners, she didn't do for just Dinah. "Yeah, but Matt's lab partner was that girl Gina," says Dinah. Gabby's all, uh-huh…until Dinah finally catches on. "You and Gina? Oh!" and gets all giggly and blushy as Gabby says "she rocks" and walks away, while Dinah stands there for about a half-hour, smiling and giggling because it's one thing to have superpowers and fight crime, but when your friend turns out to be an honest-to-god lesbian? WOW.
