CGI Huntress does her annoyingly fake-looking jumps and somersaults across the rooftops before dropping in on Reese, startling him. They exchange "witty" banter before she asks him about the death in Gotham Park. He says that the D.A. says it's accidental and the witnesses' stories check out, that they didn't see anything. Reese rants about how it doesn't seem to matter to anyone that the witnesses were drunk off their asses. Uh, what's wrong with Reese? The fact that they were drunk off their asses, if anything, makes their assertion that they didn't see anything more credible. Helena asks if there was anything that didn't get into the report, and Reese says no. But he tells her that the victim left the Dark Horse bar, and says he's going to check the bar out. At the mention of the Dark Horse, Helena gets noticeably fidgety and shifty, but says she doesn't know the place, and Reese doesn't notice that she's clearly lying. He asks if she wants to go over there with him. "Tonight?" she says, but doesn't give him an answer.
