Kevin reads a contract that Tommy had drafted. He manages to refrain from being hurt that Tommy hired another lawyer to do the work -- didn't he know there was an excellent lawyer in the family? The contract makes Kevin promise never to reveal that he is Elizabeth's bio-dad. Kevin balks. He really wants to talk about it. Tommy, on the other hand, does not. He wants Kevin to sign the contract and go back to being Elizabeth's uncle. Kevin wants to talk about it, but Tommy rightly gets really huffy. He is Elizabeth's father and there is nothing to talk about. He walks out leaving Kevin alone with his contract. And really, Kevin, what are you thinking? That you'll be her new daddy? This is your brother and his kid. Why are you being such a dick? I'm not liking you so much today, Kevin Walker. And your dreams are boring.
Morning comes early at Walker Manor and Nora is serving Justin his perfect not-too-dark not-too-light breakfast with orange juice and smiles. Justin breaks the news to her that he is moving out. She is upset at first because she blames herself for being such an overbearing mother, but he talks her down off that ledge. He tells her that she has been great and he is just ready to be a grown up. She comes full circle and announces that she is so proud of him. Besides, her next step was to hire Sarah Jessica Parker to be his fake girlfriend and convince him to move out to impress her. She offers to buy him some on-sale linens.
Back at the stupid hotel. Why aren't they at home? Oh I guess Kevin already paid for the room. Scotty and Kevin talk about Kevin's paternal feelings. They decide to consider adopting or turkey bastering a kid at some point. They didn't specify when or how.
Kevin signs the document and turns it over to Tommy. He knows Tommy is her dad. Tommy promises that Kevin will always be in her life. Tommy hands Elizabeth to Kevin and they share some uncle-niece bonding. Glad Kevin's aneurysm disappeared.
