At the gun club, Kitty is still ranting at Buffy and fabricating excuses to yell at Miss Congeniality. Kitty has won a lovely plaque for her straight shooting on the gun range, but the straight shooting lesson has not translated to the rest of her life. When Buffy explains that they can't cancel the next event she has lined up, Kitty screeches at her and then FIRES HER. For no reason other than her accent. Obviously, Buffy doesn't accept it. I mean, if your boss squealed, "You're fired! You're fired! You're fired!" when you hadn't done ANYTHING wrong, would you believe it? Kitty stamps her foot and demands that Buffy is really REALLY fired. Buffy points out that they don't have time for Kitty's temper tantrum and they have a really busy schedule and can they just move on? Kitty answers her phone with the hope that Buffy will be gone when she gets off. It's Nora and Sarah. They quickly explain that Luc is marrying Miss Gallery in an hour AND THEY HAVE TO STOP IT! Kitty sighingly asks WHY Sarah won't just marry Luc already. Sarah won't even hear of it. She wants to marry for love, not for administrative purposes. She is not sounding like the jaded and bitter divorcee that we all know and love. Not at all. Kitty analogizes this situation to the time she didn't ask someone to a dance and so he asked someone else and now they are married. Yes, this is EXACTLY like that. Nora asks if Sarah loves him and she finally confesses that she does. Nora thinks it is wonderful, but Sarah already TOLD Luc that once, a long time ago and never felt the need to mention it again. I think we are suddenly seeing one of the reasons her marriage to Joe fell apart. Kitty points out that Luc came back to Sarah and is actually marrying Miss Gallery FOR SARAH. Sarah never really thought about it before, but yeah, she could see that. So then the wacky hijinks music starts up and Sarah, Nora, and Kitty rush to the courthouse to stop a wedding. Apparently they have figured out all of Luc's visa troubles and as long as they stop the wedding he won't get deported. Right? Right?
