Finally the therapist gives Justin a "...wow" look before she yells for order, and after she makes a sarcastic comment about their family dynamic, Justin lays it out for them: the rest of them fight and make up constantly, and they live for that shit, and the reason they've always loved him is that he's the cute, happy, non-fighty one, so they never saw him for who he is...except Tommy, who was the biggest hard-ass re: Justin's drug use, and Justin thanks him for that, presumably because it wasn't condescending. He wants them to stop taking care of him and to call him on his shit, "and then we'll fight," the same way the rest of them fight, because he's not a baby. The rest of the Walkers look properly chastened as an unhappy trombone sends us into the break.
