Sarah, per Rebecca, is "Superwoman," fighting for her company and her family, but perhaps she wishes it wasn't always such a struggle. Rebecca admits she doesn't know much about Kitty yet, but she does end up theorizing that Kitty needs to be around her family, to "ground" her and set her compass by them or whatever. We see Kitty opening her gift from William, which is a medallion with "BE STRONG" etched on the back. Sure, it's poignant now, but consider that it was likely intended to bolster Kitty's spirits when she and Nora weren't speaking to each other. Rebecca can't say enough good things about Nora, who is the most amazing woman Rebecca's ever met, but who also can't seem to go too long without disappearing into thoughts of Justin, where he is and if he's okay.
"And you were wrong about being the black sheep," Rebecca continues, this time turning her keen understanding of Walker family dynamics toward Justin himself. "You're the heart of this family. They need you. I need you. Please be okay. Please." End transmission.
The previews really want you to think that Justin might be dead, showing a military funeral and all. My unspoiled ass sincerely doubts it.
