Dr. Anspaugh is berating The Senator for having doubts about turning in No Bid Stanton. They have him on *cough * tape bribing The Senator with a multi-million dollar sinecure in exchange for steering a billion-dollar contract his way. They can take him down. The Senator has a big case of the doubts though and the Imodium is not helping. Stanton threatened Kitty and that was the one thing The Senator couldn't abide. Almost unconsciously The Senator pours himself a drink and then realizes that his hand is possessed, stares at the drink, and puts it down. Actually it looked more like this. After The Hand has been beaten into submission, Anspaugh reminds The Senator that Stanton already knows about their operation and is going to make life difficult for him and Kitty. The Senator might as well hand over the tapes and get Stanton in trouble. The Senator won't do it. He has to protect his wife. Anspaugh sighs, shakes his head, and warns The Senator that he had better have a safe place for those tapes. Don't worry Dr. Anspaugh, Stanton will be looking for a digital recorder or a thumb drive. He'll have no idea he should be looking for tapes. Old timey technology will save America!

On the bus, Kitty and Nora are playing cards while Sarah watches her stories and reads gossip rags. Nora thinks it is her patriotic duty to suggest that Kitty discuss immigration reform instead of tax cuts. Kitty glares at her, but before she can shush her, a fight breaks out between Sarah and one of Kitty's minions who need the remote control to watch the governor's press conference. Kitty glares at Sarah until she relinquishes the remote, but seriously? This is what Sarah has been reduced to? Was she hit really hard in the head by a box of fruit at the Ojai liquidation sale? Is she drunk? I mean, there's depression and then there is doing a great impression of my senile Grandpa fighting my two-year old brother over a candy box THAT DID NOT HAVE CANDY IN IT. Good lord woman, don't make me slap you! After losing the fight over the remote, Sarah wanders zombie-like into the bathroom with all the actual grown ups staring after her wake. I'm gonna slap her.
