Tara sits in the dark in her dorm room. She hears a knock on the door and opens it to find Willow on the other side, holding a lit candle. Willow explains she brought the candle as a present, and Tara takes it from her. Willow starts to speak, but Tara interrupts and says she understands that Willow must be with the person she loves. "I am," replies Willow. They seem to come to some understanding about the changed nature of their friendship, and Willow apologizes for putting Tara through so much. She says she'll make it up to her, starting right now, and Tara blows out the candle. Tasteful treatment of alternative lifestyle, or cowardly copout? I'll let you decide.
