Factory, sunrise. Dru asks Spike if Buffy hurt him. Spike says she came close, rests his head on Dru's shoulder, and bitches about the Slayer having family and friends. Dru assures him that he'll kill her. Spike asks how the "Annoying One," who's talking to Mad-Eye Henchvamp, is. Dru: "He doesn't want to play." Spike and me: "It figures." Spike says he'd better make nice. He walks forward and kneels at the A.O.'s feet. The A.O. tells him he failed, and Spike offers penance. Mad-Eye Henchvamp spits that he should lay down his life, like, thanks, but Spike didn't ask for a shower. Mad-Eye goes on that the feast of St. Contrivance is ruined. Spike starts to say that if he had to do it all over -- "Who am I kidding? I would do it exactly the same, only I'd do this!" He grabs the A.O. and slings him over his shoulders. Mad-Eye Henchvamp rushes him, but Spike back-kicks him, knocking him out. Spike puts the A.O. in a hanging cage, and starts hoisting him up. Dru looks on happily. Spike bellows, "From now on, we're going to have a little less ritual and a little more fun around here!" You promise? He gives the chain another yank, and the A.O. screams. Spike takes Dru's hand. "Let's see what's on TV." They walk off, each stepping on one side of the unconscious Mad-Eye henchvamp. The music box plays again as the camera pans up to show smoke coming from the cage, but nothing else. On the last note, the credits roll. Bravo!
