FANNY'S KITCHEN

Fanny: "You cooked, you can't clean up. That's me!"
Michael: "If I go in there to the couch, I'm going to fall asleep."
Fanny: "Then stay here with me."

He helps dry. They get closer and closer, without quite looking.

Fanny: "How long are you staying?"
Michael: "I'm a troubadour, Fanny!"
Fanny: "Maybe you just... maybe not rush off this time?"
Michael: "You're not going to get sick of me?"
Fanny: "I will miss you when you leave. The opposite."
Michael: "Then I will stay as long as I can."

Fanny Flowers is beautiful.

STUDIO

Bunheads: Still being bitches about Carl; not picking up Boo's subtle cues to cut it out.
Ginny: "Hope he doesn't wear a top hat!"
Boo: "It kept falling off. It was adorable!"

Michelle stares at Fanny for awhile and finally speaks up.

Michelle: "I was thinking about Hubbell last night."
Fanny: "Hubbell?"
Michelle: "Yeah. And I wanted to tell you."
Fanny: "Thank you."

The sailors dance and Carl makes his way over to Boo. He looks dashing, she says; he invites her over to watch That's Entertainment and he's dreamy some more. The Bunheads bitchily advance on him and act horrible. It's like you cut off the Sasha head and two even more awful heads grew back. And of course Boo gives in and lets them be awful to him, and it's so dumb.

Fanny's getting everybody ready for the soft rehearsal when Sasha comes walking in, almost at random, with blue streaks in her hair and a terrible smile, like she's bursting into flame.

Fanny: "Sasha. Come over here right now."
Sasha: "I'm fine."
Michelle: "-- Sasha!"
Michael: "Leave it. This is Fanny stuff."
Fanny: "The blank makes you think you can just sashay in here like this?"
Sasha: "It's not all about you, Fanny. It's my hair..."
Fanny: "You've been warned."
