Where will she land? It doesn't matter. Out over the sea, somewhere. Sunlight glinting on the helmet they gave her. With a mighty splash, she drops into the deeps, still babbling. She insults a fish, a dolphin; complains about the coffee you can get under the sea. He Who Walks The Private Road is once again appeased. He feeds on blood and the nudity of strangers, and upon talkative women. The townspeople, garlanded in flowers, perform the dances of their people, and the rites are complete. The crops will grow high, come the reaping. Just another day in Paradise.
