The next day, Michelle speeds class along so that she can get ready for her meeting. In the dressing rooms, Melanie invites the girls to roller derby but Ginny declines. Melanie offers to give her a ride home but she says she's going to walk. Things are still weird between them and that makes me sad.

At the meeting, Milly and Michelle are watching the committee confer. Milly says that she knows they are talking about the fact that she promised snacks and they're not there. She knows because she owns property. Suck it, Marx. Sam says that TAFTPOKIRIP is concerned about squirrels being displaced by Michelle cutting down trees for the amphitheater. Things devolve into a screaming match between Michelle and the committee. Then, Milly takes over.

In the dressing room, Michelle finds Ginny. She's doing her homework there to avoid her mother. She asks Michelle for help for her musical audition. We hear in the background that maybe Milly is threatening Sal with incriminating photos. Later, Michelle and Talia have pizza and champagne at Fanny's place. Michelle is celebrating TAFTPOKIRIP signing off on the amphitheater. Talia gets a call from a guy offering her a part in Rock of Ages. A guy who she had a fling with eight years earlier. It appears that Michelle has a hard time being excited for her. Bless her heart.

The next day, Michelle shows up late and hungover to help Ginny with her audition. She's singing "The Perfect Relationship" from Bells Are Ringing. Michelle laughs at how the kids don't use cassette tapes for their auditions anymore. Ginny starts and she's really cute, but something's not there. She makes her start over and tells her to sing louder. She tells her to start over again and starts really coaching her, but in sort of an annoyed way. Ginny gets better! But, not good enough for Michelle. She jumps in and starts doing it Sutton Foster-style. Oh yeah. Ginny thinks it was perfect. It looks like it gives Michelle a little bit of a charge, too.
