At the Orange Orange, Chuck asks Sarah if Agent Cylon knows he's the Intersect. She does not, and will not unless her position becomes permanent. Chuck's all, "Permanent?" Sarah tells him not to worry about it, because it won't happen. But the way she's scrubbing the Orange Orange glass would indicate she might herself be worried about it. Chuck apologizes for getting Sarah in trouble at work. He didn't know he was being taped that much, or he wouldn't have talked about his feeling so much. Instead, he goes on to tell her he's been stressed trying to find their dad for Ellie's wedding, and then asks her to look him up since she has "clearance." Luckily, Sarah says that's impossible right as Agent Cylon walks in and agrees, saying that would lead to Sarah's firing.

In the van before the "Is Lime Ahmad?" mission, Agent Cylon's giving orders and won't let Sarah help with anything. Casey explains that if Chuck confirms it's Ahmad, Casey will be adding a bug to Ahmad's pacemaker before it's put in. [I hope they mean "tracking device," since all a bug in the middle of Ahmad's torso would hear is "WHOOSHA-WHOOSHA-WHOOSHA! - Zach] Agent Cylon says this will put them a step ahead of the terrorists. Casey and Agent Cylon say "Checkmate!" at the same time. Because they are totally soulmates. Chuck thinks this is odd, as do we all. Chuck hasn't realized until the van door opens that they are at the hospital where Ellie and Awesome work. Sarah says it's okay, because Ellie's not at work and Awesome's in surgery. They start to get out, but Agent Cylon orders Sarah to stay in the van. Okay, I hate her so very much. And she's not even pretty next to Sarah, anyway. Take that, Agent Cylon!

Agent Cylon and Chuck come out of a supply closet dressed in doctor and nurse garb, when a nurse asks if they were doing "a little hanky panky" in there. She watches too much Grey's Anatomy, and is totally annoying. Agent Cylon agrees, and shoots her with a tranq. Chuck freaks out about it, but Agent Cylon tells him to hush and grab a leg. In the van, Sarah spots Ellie, as a nurse inside exposits about her being on call today. Chuck and Agent Cylon continue to bicker over her actions. She calls it "protocol," but he still doesn't like it. They're walking toward Ellie, so Sarah tells him through his ear speaker that Ellie's 30 feet northeast of him. Luckily, the nurse calls Ellie back to give her the pen she forgot. Chuck says it's now or never, and he and Agent Cylon duck into a room.
