Chuck can't reach his phone, which Casey put on a table at OOSSL. He tries the Force, but still nothing. At Ellie and Awesome's, Mrs. Doctor Awesome wonders if it's really okay to start without Chuck, and Ellie and Awesome say it is because he's always late. Sarah says it doesn't bother her, because she's used to it and Chuck has a good excuse always. Mrs. Doctor Awesome likes the trout but not the beef au jus. And she assumes that means everyone likes it. She also chooses the cake, without even hearing Ellie's opinion. The Doctors Awesome offer all sorts of "helpful" suggestions about her hair and her dress and the men's ties. And then Mr. Doctor Awesome offers to walk her down the aisle since she's not in contact with her dad. Ellie's had enough and tells them that she said yes to everything, but now she's saying no. She apologizes to Awesome and leaves the table. He gets up to follow her. The Doctors Awesome and Sarah sit awkwardly at the table. Mr. Doctor Awesome asks about "the yogurt game."

Speaking of yogurt, Chuck's somehow managed to tape or otherwise stick a bunch of yogurt spoons together and finally gets his phone. He calls Ellie's phone, and Sarah answers. He tells her that Casey threatened his life so he can't tell her anything. She quickly guesses where he is and then guesses what else happened. Chuck tells her where Casey went to find the sensei, and then she tells Chuck to stay there, handcuffed, and she hangs up. Chuck is not pleased.

Casey arrives at the martial arts studio and knocks out the guard at the door. Back at the Orange Orange, Chuck uses some sort of crazy cooling (or heating?) machine to freeze his handcuff chain, then uses an ice cream scoop to break it in half. He congratulates himself on his MacGyver skills. Back at the studio, Sarah puts a knife to Casey's throat, telling him he's not supposed to be here. He says she'll have to kill him to stop him. She says he's not going in without her, and he's okay with that solution. Just then Chuck pulls up in a Nerd Herd car. And an armed guard greets him with a gun. By the time Sarah and Casey make it inside, Chuck's being held by the bad guys. He swears he was waiting in the car.
