Someone: "We should probably get an NSC brief, first thing." Mac asks, "Should Templeton be in on that, just in case?" Rod jumps in: "No, no, for now we keep Templeton out of the mix. We really need to talk about Nigeria." Random staff member points out, "If you become President, you're damned if you do and damned if you don't. If you continue to try and get Oria Madula out, you focus the foreign policy on just one person." Random female staff member continues for the audience, "But of course if she does...Ma'am, if you don't help, she will be executed."
Later, a phone rings as Becca brings in Amy to say goodnight. Mac hugs and kisses her, and I have to say that Geena Davis did a really good job in this scene, as in the last, with alternating well between her two worlds and believably being both loving mother and hard-ass politician. As Amy runs out, Mac announces, "Guys, I'm going to take that NSC meeting by myself." Rod hangs up the phone and announces that the President is awake and wants to speak to Mac.
