Meanwhile, Horatio's studying the Polaroids with Delko. Where is Speedle in all this? Is he surfing the internet or something? The point to this scene is to tell us that Horatio's going to pinpoint where the photos were taken by looking at the shadowy outline which peeps through the sheet hanging over the window, and pinpointing the RV's location. ["Yeah, right. Who took this Polaroid, Diane Arbus? Have the writers ever seen a Polaroid? You're lucky if you can distinguish major facial features. In other words, shut up, Horatio." -- Sars] Delko does this by utilizing the "Geographic Information System," and explains, "It calculates the ratio between peaks and compares that to a database of similar ratios from Miami's buildings and landscapes." We soon find out that the RV was parked at the Orange Bowl. Delko points out, "The Orange Bowl has 5000 parking spots." Horatio's all, "All we need is one." Delko replies, "I can calculate the moment of the sun to figure out where Stewart was parked, but that's gonna take a few hours." Horatio's off to twist Simon's arm.
