So we're just waiting to hear about Andy and Sharna and Jacoby and Karina, and those couples are talking to Brooke right now. Brooke keeps talking to Andy about doing the rumba and how it's the dance of love and it's super awkward. Then Jacoby is goofy and the whole thing is a waste of time.
Stars of Dance time! It's always fun to watch, but rarely worth recapping because, you know, they're dancing. What can I say? One thing I appreciate about this particular routine is that there are a lot of overhead shots and it's all very Esther Williams/cheerleading routine.
I'm not quite sure what the point of this next routine is (other than filler) but I think they're showing us various Latin dances since next week is Latin week? But there are also guys dancing with fire? And they're dressed like cavemen sort of? It's all very confusing.
Time to review the final two couples waiting on results. Jacoby was disappointed by his scores and makes a joke about Len being his light-skinned grandfather? I don't know. Everyone is rooting for Andy to do well, including Len. But the scores can't be based on how much we like people. Anyway, Jacoby and Karina are safe but Andy and Sharna are in jeopardy. Then Brooke calls Peta "Peter." Oh, Brooke. You haven't had a screw-up in a while.
So the three couples in jeopardy are Sean and Peta (PETER?), Victor and Lindsay, and Andy and Sharna. Time to find out which one is safe: it's Andy and Sharna. They're stunned and everyone else is delighted.
This means that Victor and Lindsay and Sean and Peta are in the bottom two. If Victor stays, it will be a travesty. He was so bad last night, and hasn't ever been THAT good. So who is going home in reality, not my dream world? Victor and Lindsay. Peta seems really happy. She's super invested in this season. She looked really scared.
Victor seems kind of relieved, to be honest. But he did have some highlights - his foxtrot was actually pretty good. But he really didn't deserve to be here any more, and I was kind of tired of watching him.
