BOWERS OFC

I have no sense of time for this show, because it seems like now it is the middle of the night and yet Joanna is still at the office, plugging in passwords.

Will: "Did I mention a few hundred times that I need at least one of those two leads by tomorrow morning?"
Joanna: "Yeah, I seem to recall something along those lines. What about Hannah?"
Will: "She's coming in..."
Joanna: "Hold on, call waiting. Robert Bowers's office, he's in a meeting. Oh, Julian's acting out in exactly the same way as twice already? I'll be right there."

SOME HOTEL

Heading through the rooftop pool/bar, Joanna does that 360 move from all the ads, with her hair blowing around her amazing face, at the sight of women making out with each other. Because it is outlandish! She finds Julian being pretty amazing, in a cokehead way, rambling at a security guard who is trying desperately to corral him and the wild party.

Julian: "We gotta talk about space Richard Branson charges $200,000 to go into space I think it's worth it, do you think it's worth it?"
Delores, put-upon, a good egg: "I don't... know what you're talking about, Mr. Bowers."
Julian: "I'm talking about you and me going into space, Delores! Why are you talking about the music volume when there's space?!"
Joanna: "Julian, you're coming with me. For about a million reasons."
Julian: "I'm planning a space vacation! Space vacation, Delores! Don't forget about me, we have a date! A date in space. We have a space date!"

I'll give 'em that one. That was a very excellent scene. Not so much for the wordplay as for all the things it leaves unsaid: You know exactly what Delores's night has been like, and all the nights before and after, and exactly how far gone Julian is to want -- and he does mean it, right this second he means it -- to take Delores to space. That random connection he feels with her at this very moment, like they are friends. There is something real and sweet about this kind of behavior, as long as you remember it lasts exactly as long as the high.

VANCOURT RESIDENCE

Will: "Hannah? It's Special Agent Moreno, you dicked me on our appointment?"
Hannah: "Right, I won't be making that. Nothing really to say anyway, probably."
Will: "Let me guess, you've reconsidered. Listen, why don't you let me be the judge as far as what you have to offer. Or is somebody threatening you? I can help, I'm FBI."
Hannah: "No you can't, and my brother's kneecaps have been destroyed, and I'm not saying those two things are connected, I'm just saying that shit has gotten real. I no longer want to play typing pool games with my own safety. Frankly I've been devaluing myself with this crap for a few years now."
