Angie finds Mona still sitting in her car, staring straight ahead. Angie thanks her and says she's sorry he dragged her into their family drama. She lies that Danny's so angry at her and Nick right now that he wants to hurt them, which explains the wild story he just told her. Mona doesn't say anything, then suddenly says she hates her job, dealing with disturbed people. She says she wants a new job, but knows she needs a year's worth of living expenses. She didn't know how she'd do it, but she tells Angie she wants $67,000 to cover her costs for a year, and then they'll all be free.
Dylan shows up at the hospital, and Katherine sweetly says she asked her not to come. Dylan says she had to, knowing her mom's hurt. Katherine apologizes Mike wasn't at the house to welcome her, but he's away on business. Dylan says no, he's in jail, since Katherine told the police he stabbed her. Katherine swears she didn't say that, and that Susan attacked her. Dylan asks why the police arrested Mike, and Katherine says maybe he confessed to protect her. Dylan says Susan's Mike's wife, and Katherine gets teary as she says that's ridiculous and did Susan tell her that? Dylan says Mike did, and that it's not right for him to be in jail if he didn't do anything. She asks her mom if she stabbed herself, and Katherine stares ahead and then cries that she asked her not to come. She pulls away from Dylan, and says Susan trapped Mike and filled his head with lies. She actually says, "He knows why I did it. He wants this." Susan comes in and tells Katherine she wants to help her. Katherine looks worried and says she has to get to Mike, who's expecting her. She gets up and runs into the hall. It takes two male hospital workers and a woman to subdue her, as Dylan and Susan watch in shock. Katherine, on the floor, looks at Dylan and once again says she asked her not to come. Susan comforts Dylan.
Our fated flying couple are bickering as they decide she'll go with him on this particular flight. This is the only moment where she garners the slightest bit of sympathy, as she tells him she wants to go, their therapist said it would help, would it kill him to spend time with the woman he loves. So it seems like she's at least trying. But these two characters aren't supposed to be deep, so I'll just go back to thinking they're both a waste of time.
