Liquor store. Dave and Edie shop for booze. There's a long line of people buying lottery tickets due to a huge jackpot. Edie is pleased to find a priest buying a ticket, as it confirms her view that everybody is a hypocrite. The priest looks up and recognizes Dave. He greets Dave, and Dave freezes up. Dave sends Edie off to buy some vermouth and then tells the priest to shut up and leave him alone; he doesn't want anything to disturb his new life. Edie spies on this whole exchange from behind a display of wine. After the priest leaves, she asks Dave what's up, and he claims that the priest remembered him from a flight they took together once. Housewarming party. Carlos overhears Gabby on the phone with Lecherous Boss. After she hangs up, we learn that LB wants Gabby to take Mrs. LB shopping to he can have time for a quickie with the Hair Ho. Carlos can't stand the immorality of it all. Gabby seems consoled by the fact that her mad blackmailing prowess is getting them some stuff out of the deal, but Carlos can't take it. He wants to confront Brad and get out of the whole deal, but Gabby would rather not have him lose his job and the income that comes with it (not to mention the personal shopper, etc.) As a last desperate act, Gabby asks him to give her a chance to try one other plan before he confronts LB. And what is that plan? "Tomorrow, I'm going to the mall to get my hair cut by a slut."
Mike enters the garage and finds Susan holding the painting. Susan points out Katherine's lie about the glass breaking (a lie that Katherine had also told to Mike), and he stomps off to confront Katherine. Cut to the party guests listening the Mike and Katherine arguing at the top of the stairs. The fight reveals to the guests that Susan found the painting and showed it to Mike, which Gabby thinks is just scandalous. Because she knows that blackmail requires some discretion. Katherine walks down the stairs and stomps off when she sees Susan. The other women assume that Susan was deliberately trying to cause a fight, but she claims not to have enjoyed one minute of it.
The Hair Sluttery. Gabby is in Hair Ho's chair. She explains that she needs a drastic new style to help her cope with the emotional stress of having an affair with a married man. Hair Ho is pretty dim, and after a while Gabby has to just tell her that she's referring to Hair Ho and Lecherous Boss. Hair Ho claims that LB loves her and is going to leave his wife. Gabby points out how unlikely that is, since Mrs. LB is pregnant. Hair Ho claims that LB and Mrs. LB haven't had sex in over a year. Gabby: "Well, call the Vatican, 'cause we're gonna need a manger and some hay." Hair Ho threatens to cut off a sizeable hunk of hair unless Gabby leaves the Hair Sluttery at once.
