At the station, Quinn hands Batista a check for ten grand, his secret way of starting to atone for his misdeeds. He covers by referencing some inheritance he came into a while ago, like that wasn't gone in a cloud of Season Six hookers and blow, and says that Batista is family to him. Batista gets up and pulls him into a hug, and while it's hardly been worth sitting through all the bullshit these two have perpetrated with each other, it's a nice moment regardless.

Deb's in her office when Masuka comes in with the tox report on Price - it's negative for anything suspicious, and they ran it twice to be sure. Deb really looks like this is the last straw...
