Angel arrives at a hospital and he looks hurried. He flashes his badge at a couple of cops guarding a door and asks for Barbara -- they're guarding her room. Angel asks how she is and one of the cops says that they can't really tell, because the pain meds that she's on are making her blurry. Then, he asks Angel if he's "that guy from Homicide she keeps talking about." He says that he is -- Barbara apparently has told them that he snores like a motherfucker. Apparently, the actor playing that cop is none other than Jeff Lindsay, the sick man who thought of Dexter in the first place. He actually did a pretty good job!
