Mei Ling Hwa is in the tub when Brian Jr. comes in to see her. It's a good thing for the entertainment industry that bubble baths were invented, or all such scenes would have to be shot from an extremely low angle, and that would be hell on the poor cameramen. Brian Jr. sits, unsure what to say, and Mei Ling Hwa asks him what the matter is. He says he has to tell her something, and, not tuned in to where this is going, she kindly responds that whatever it is, he can tell her. He says he doesn't want to go to Hell, and she responds that she doesn't think there are very many children in Hell. I'd suggest a rewriting of the policy manifesto. He says his name isn't Gustave, and she mock-sternly (as she clearly knows he isn't Swedish) asks what it is, but when he haltingly tells her that it's Brian Jr., the shock is apparent on her face. After she processes for a moment, she asks, "Is my husband...your daddy?" He nods, and does not add, "So can I call you 'Mom'?" Good thinking, kid -- too soon. Title card.
