Victor goes wild at LINDA HQ: "Magnificent! Oh I could kiss you! Except I can't, of course. The eczeema." I'd rather kiss Peter Kay, even with that stupid mustache, than Elton any day of the week. But I'm peculiar. "I've even got a picture of her on my phone!" Elton says, and shows it around. Skinner congratulates him on having "achieved Steps One to Four in precise order," and asks how Elton managed it. He fudges that he had to work really hard: "She keeps everything very close to her chest." Ursula notes the awesomeness of Jackie's chest. Bridget asks how he's planning on hitting Step Five, and Victor shouts that Step Five is the week's homework: "I want a full plan of attack from each of you. Now go on, vamoose!" Victor bangs his cane on the desk and dismisses them, ordering Elton to do whatever he can to get the information. He calls Bridget back -- away from Skinner, standing with her in intimacy -- and Skinner gives her a kiss on the cheek. Elton and Ursula smile from the doorway; the three of them leave together. On the way out, Ursula tenderly asks Skinner about the kiss, and what it portends for the future; Ursula and Elton do not look at each other. Everybody splits up without touching; Bridget screams, unheard.

Back at Jackie's, there's more ELO. The song is called "Turn To Stone." I'm really not making this shit up as much as you think I am. Jackie brings Elton biscuits and tea while he's fixing another plug, doing this odd job and that, putting up shelves and stuff. "Infiltration went well, 'cause Jackie kept phoning up needing this and needing that. It was strange, the amount [sic] of things that needed doing..." Jackie inspects that swatch of skin between rib and waist that starred in Fight Club while Elton's up a ladder. The view is surprisingly good. "It's like that flat was jinxed." Oh, Elton. Do they not have cougars in England? He changes fuses, lots of them, climbs under the sink as Jackie contemplates his ass. From behind the sofa: "It's weird these fuses keep blowing. Must be near a substation. Then you get the power surges..."
