Elizabeth hurries toward the trauma room, Conni giving her the bullet; the daughter looks worse than the mother. In Amy's trauma room, Finch tells Elizabeth that Amy suffered a blunt chest wound, with a "hemo pneumo" on the left. Elizabeth asks whether they scanned her belly, and Luka says it "seemed pretty benign," which I guess is a no. Elizabeth asks where the ultrasound is, and Lisa tells her it's in the next room. Luka asks Elizabeth why she doesn't just examine it first. Elizabeth stares back, looking terrified. "Where's my mom?" Amy quavers. Elizabeth reluctantly reaches her arms out toward Amy's torso. Finch tells her she'll feel better when they take her collar off (which they do). Amy looks dazed as various machines start beeping. Luka asks how the abdomen is, and Elizabeth says it's "non-tender," though she can't clear it until they have an imaging study. "Ow, that hurts!" says Amy as Elizabeth presses near her right hip. Luka gently tells her it's okay. Lisa asks whether he wants to intubate Amy, and Luka tells her to wait until they get the chest tube in. Orders are called. Amy bellows for her mother. A huge spray of blood squirts onto Luka, and the machines start beeping more urgently. Lisa says that Amy's bleeding out, and Elizabeth calls for someone to intubate Amy immediately. Conni enters and tells Elizabeth that Weaver needs her.
