Regina's back from her shower, and Lisa takes a Polaroid of her with Rex. Regina says she needs a picture. Lisa understands. Joseph asks Regina whether they should use the name they'd picked, and Regina says they should, and tells Lisa that the only boy's name they could agree on was...JULIAN?! Oh, whatever. Like fucking JULIAN is anyone's first choice for a baby name. I mean, no offense to any Julians reading this, but...come on. Maybe Joseph and Regina saw Warlock and both developed crushes on Julian Sands. There's just no other explanation. Anyway, Lisa lies that it's a nice name (fuck that, I'm still calling him Rex), and Joseph asks her how much longer they should expect Rex to live. Lisa says it could be a few minutes, or a few hours. Joseph suggests to Regina that they take him outside. Regina is horrified at the suggestion. Joseph explains that they should take Rex to a lake or a park: "If he's going to die, I don't want him to die in here." Hey, take him somewhere dark, okay? Somewhere cameras aren't allowed. Regina huskily reminds Joseph that they need to wait until the priest arrives, and Joseph yells, "Is he coming?" Geez, simmah. Lisa says she'll check. Dr. Amy Aquino pushes open the door furthest from Lisa and calls her out into the hall. Lisa sighs and follows.
