Back at GD, Jo enters the lab where Carter and Zane are finishing up the module. Jo asks Carter to beat it so she can have some alone time with Zane. He grants this because it isn't like they're under a time crunch or the stakes if they fail are dire or anything. As soon as Carter's out the door, Jo makes out with Zane. I liked her better with Taggart, wherever he is. Zane says he should risk his life more often. Jo says she doesn't want him to. But she doesn't speak for all of us, Zane! Go ahead and risk your life a couple more times. Off-camera, please. He nervously asks her not to "go all serious" on him. She already has. Hugs! Zane is slightly more likable when he's next to Jo.

Eva somehow managed to get out of the town-wide evacuation she ordered, and is roaming the halls of GD. She comes across Carter and is furious to see he's disobeyed her orders once again. Meanwhile, she disobeyed her own orders, so I think they're even. He says he thinks Zane's module (way to not give Henry any credit, Carter) will work. And if it doesn't, dying is part of his job, just like it was part of the bunker skeletons' jobs. How does he know that? He doesn't even know who they are, let alone what their jobs were. Eva tells him to stop assuming he knows anything about her or what she's doing there. Carter says he's just getting started. Better finish soon, Carter, since her last episode is next week! Eva shows a possibly human side when she says she's learned that no one should ever be left behind for any reason, including Carter. Jo and Zane finish their cuddling and come out into the hall, giving Carter the chance to tell Jo to enforce the evacuation and get Eva out of there.
