Jo tries to stop the Toaster Bitch from stealing someone else's toaster (apparently Toaster Bitch thinks it's okay to steal other people's toasters, but when it's hers that's stolen it's the worst crime ever), but the people in line don't want her wasting time on that and the next guy up, Dr. Lieber, just starts demanding his 200 peta-volt boost converter back. Carter asks for a description, but since Lieber is an asshole, he says it looks like any other boost converter. Instead of asking for more clarification or taking Lieber back to the inventory to find it for himself, Carter just heads out to give Lieber what will no doubt be the wrong item again. Jo tries to find Lieber's name in the laptop, only for it to go all wonky again, and she hits it in frustration, which is probably why it's acting like this in the first place. Lieber smarms that she's using a simple PC and thus probably has one of those viruses they're so susceptible to. This will never be a concern for Lieber, though, because he has an organic computer. And since this is now the third time we've heard about organic computers, they must factor into the plot somehow. Carter returns with a small device that Lieber claims is his converter. He walks off without saying thank you, and Carter finally realizes that it's going to be a long day.
