Everybody's just freaking out over how cold it is the next morning at camp, searching for any way to warm up. AJ sounds so loopy talking about how miserable the conditions are and how everyone just needs to do their best to endure them. WGIYNIKA's Lindsey is off fraternizing with Jason of Rednecks, asking how they could be so good at everything else, but have trouble with mountains. That's a fair question, I suppose. Jason blames Chad for having trouble with the mountain. She's obviously trying to plant seeds of doubt in Jason's head, giggling to herself about the thought of Chad's muscle in his legs being inferior to her and her sisters'. Jason's like, "It's not like that," but she's too busy smarming it up. She confides she thinks they can knock off the Rednecks today. Chad comes over and Lindsey decides to ask him directly if he's ready for the mountain. All he says is they'll do good today.

Salmoni has assembled the teams. Standard elimination day reminder. The plan for today is to hike west across the mountains and out of the snow to a small farming village. Of note here, The Moustaches' head start is only three minutes. As they embark, we get a TH from Eric saying Taylor, John and himself have been best friends for years. Somewhat Limited and Akbar's Players are the next group to start. Jeff says Somewhat Limited is ready to charge hard. Finding Nino, S.W.A.T. and WGIYNIKA take off next. Lindsey says they're exhausted already before even tackling this mountain. Team Gay Angst, Rednecks, NY'sWCE and Valley Girls are the last group to start. Only a few minutes into the hike, Chad's already dying. "It really feels bad being the slacker," he says. WGIYNIKA is in sixth place here, but Kelsey needs to stop to catch her breath. They start to get passed up by teams. Kelsey completely accepts the blame as we watch them fall to ninth. As this happens, The Moustaches have reached the other side of the mountain where there's a beautiful view and the snow begins to disappear from the terrain. Gypsy John says they just wanted to take in the beauty. Checking in with the dysfunctional Team Gay Angst, Kari and Ryan are still futilely trying to get AJ's ass in gear.
