Helicopter. Natalie says it's devastating, but she's learned the amazing things the human body can endure. Before the girls board the helicopter, Salmoni reminds them they're the female team which made it farthest in the expedition and they should be proud. The remaining teams clap. The girls make it a point to politely say their goodbyes to the guys of Really Limited. No hard feelings. Jeff says today was an absolute textbook illustration of working together and never giving up. They'll fight another day.

Next time: Teams raft through mud or quicksand or something and whitewater rapids. "The camp divides." Real alliances, maybe? Teams squeeze through a small hole. And what appears to be an all-out foot race.
