Speaking of home, Walter's back in his lab, using a Bunsen burner to heat a frying pan. He's making crepes, for breakfast for dinner, and he's disappointed when Peter heads out the door. Peter apologizes, not knowing Walter was doing this, and asks if he'll take a rain check. Unhurt, Walter says, "Of course," but then he's a little stunned when he remembers that he and Peter are working on a way to get Peter out of this universe, gone forever. He puts on a brave face, but stops Peter at the door -- he maybe wants to say something else, and only winds up saying "good night."
At Olivia's place, she's listening to Billy Bragg and Wilco and putting her hair up, when Peter shows up at her door. He says she hopes she doesn't mind, but he was in the neighborhood and thought he'd stop by to see how she's doing. Olivia wonders why he'd think she'd mind, and she pours him a glass of wine to go with the one she's having. Interestingly, she's already got too wine glasses out.
Peter asks what smells so good, and she brings him his glass of wine and says, "What do you mean? It's Friday. I ordered Damiano's," and before he has a chance to react she puts her arm around his shoulders and pulls him in for a kiss. Peter's all, "Whoa, Olivia!" and she pulls back, confused, either by his reaction or by what she just did.
