Back at the house, Lorelai asks CuteDean whether he wants to come in and have some dessert. CuteDean says that he should probably go. Rory asks whether he's sure. He is. Lorelai tells Dean he officially became a Gilmore girl tonight. She goes inside. Rory immediately apologizes to CuteDean, saying that she had no idea he'd react that way. Rory's hair is all frizzy here. CuteDean says that this isn't her fault. Rory says that nothing he said was true, and that she doesn't want CuteDean to be upset. He says he's not upset, kisses her, and leaves. He says he'll call her tomorrow. Rory walks into the house.
