Blink - After a brief few months in which love appeared to win out, Seattle Grace once again becomes the hospital where relationships go to die, as Alex, Mark, Lexie, and even possibly Cristina (no!!) all come to the conclusion that their relationships could very well be over. Owen might not know it yet, but he's going to find out soon enough. Sigh.

Death by Teamwork

I Saw What I Saw - The unprofessionalism, jealousy, rivalry and selfishness of all the doctors reaches a fever pitch this week and ultimately causes the totally avoidable death of a patient. Seriously -- if the ambulance tries to take you to this hospital, just grab the steering wheel if you must and ride like the wind in the opposite direction.

The Greatest Gift of All

Invasion - The Mercy West doctors are finally here, and they play nice about as well as the Seattle Grace ones do -- meaning, everyone fights like cats and dogs all day. But all of the fighting can't dampen my spirits because after making a horrible mistake that nearly kills a patient, Izzie gets... wait for it, FIRED. What's that, Santa? Christmas is two months early this year? YES IT IS.

Tainted Obligation - When Thatcher comes in needing a new liver, Meredith turns out to be the only match and she has to decide if she wants to do anything for the man who was trying to win the gold in the "Worst Dad of All Time" Olympics.
