Morgan is talking to Tommy, who is chilling in his incubator, when Callie conveniently walks in to find Arizona just as Morgan wants someone to take a photo. Callie is more than happy to help, and is even happier to be proven right as Morgan tries to get Alex in to the photo. Now that he can really see what's up, he tries to decline, but she makes him come over anyway. He's got a bit of a weirded-out smile in the photo, while Callie looks at him with a shit-eating grin and whispers to him that she is a "smitten kitten." Alex looks a little sick at the thought, now that he can't deny it, while Morgan just gazes at him adoringly.

Richard walks up to Catherine and after she jokes that she thought he was going to stand her up, he tells her sadly that he's actually going to do just that. She's no dummy; she asks if it is because she was flirting all day but he tells her he knows it was just fun, and then tells her all about Adele. She turns immediately serious when she hears what is going on, and is clearly devastated for Richard when he admits that Adele realizes he's a friend of some sort but has no idea that he's her husband. He admits that he misses her and he misses feeling like a man, but Catherine made him feel like that today. But because of that, he doesn't trust himself to go to dinner with Catherine, and anyway, Adele needs him. Catherine certainly can't argue with that and she repeats what Bailey told him: he's a good man. She gives him a sad hug and he thanks her for a lovely day before he leaves.
